If you’ve got something to say to neurodivergent humans who are tired of shrinking, masking, apologizing, and over-explaining their brilliance… then you are very much in the right place.

The Unmasked Summit will be delivered entirely by email over four days, starting January 27 (the birthday of both Angie and The Leonardo Trait).

We’re bringing together neurodivergent creators, writers, coaches, thinkers, and delightful chaos-flowers from all corners of the internet.If that sounds like your people, let’s do this.

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR

I’m curating 12 speakers who can offer fresh, compassionate, funny, grounded, or otherwise deeply human takes on:

  • Authenticity & unmasking
  • Creativity as a neurodivergent person
  • Burnout, self-trust, rest, and real-world boundaries
  • Multipassionate living
  • Emotional regulation, sensory needs, and self-care
  • Community, connection, and belonging
  • Productivity that isn’t… evil
  • Or anything beautifully adjacent

You do not have to be ND yourself to speak—but you do need to understand and honor neurodivergent audiences.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR SPEAKERS

A chance to share your message with an engaged, ND-majority audience

WHAT SPEAKING INVOLVES

No video. No slides. No scheduling gymnastics.

You’ll provide:

  • A written “session” (about 800–1200 words)
  • A short bio + headshot
  • A freebie (optional, for everyone)
  • A paid-tier bonus (optional)
  • Everything is emailed to attendees. You get to work in pajamas.

Do speakers get paid?

No honorariums this round, but the cross-pollination is excellent and you can promote your own stuff.

Do I have to be neurodivergent?

Nope—but you need to understand, respect, and be aligned with ND folks and values.

I’m not a “professional.” Can I still apply?

Absolutely. If you have lived experience, insight, humor, or wisdom, you’re welcome here.
